Welcome to Adelfia, a family run Greek restaurant in the heart of Cairns, now under the ownership of Steven and Fiona Harris.

Chef patron Steven has headed up the kitchen at the Adelfia for almost 15 years, serving traditional and modern classics from Greece using only the best local produce available.

Fiona heads up the front-of-house, serving dinner six days a week from 5pm till late. Visit us on a Friday or Saturday and enjoy our regular belly dancers, along with some customary plate smashing!

We welcome large parties at the Adelfia and can offer bespoke menus to suit your requirements. The fully air-conditioned restaurant and large conservatory are also available for private hire.
